To view the Model you must first have Google Earth on your computer. To download Google Earth for free go to: http://earth.google.com/.
Once you have Google Earth downloaded, right click the Dale Station Area Model file below and download the .zip file to your desktop. Unzip the file and and open the .kmz file in Google Earth. Once loaded into Google Earth you can fly around and push play on the time scope function to see what the future may hold for the Dale Station Area according the Central Corridor Development Strategy.
