    Mark Granlund, Arts and Gardens Coordinator for Saint Paul Parks and Recreation, will

    present Blooming Saint Paul, a program to beautify Saint Paul’s urban environment with lush

    and colorful landscape elements in order to create a more attractive, safe and healthful city

    where people choose to live, work and play.

    Gregg Thompson, Association of Metropolitan Soil and Water Conservation Districts, will

    discuss rain gardens and alternatives for storm water management in urban environments.
