Translations As light rail plans become finalized, the Metropolitan Council has unveiled a set of drawings for public comment. In response, U-PLAN has developed an easy-to-understand set of drawings that attempt to convey the same information. This initiative was requested by several community organizations who take issue with the way in which light rail plans are being presented to the public. Posted at right is a sample plan from the Metropolitan Council. U-PLAN's "translation" for the Snelling Station area is posted below.
