U-Trend

U-Trend is designed to provide the community with reports on housing, economic and demographic trends between 1970 and 2000. These reports will be phased in through a series of focus areas, with the Frogtown-Rondo focus area beginning in Spring 2008.  The reports are designed to be concise and easy to read, with full-color maps and charts that focus on topics such as "changes in income" or "changes in building conditions".  While each report will be no more than one page long, as a whole, they will provide a comprehensive assessment of important trends occurring along University Avenue.

Visit this site often, as we will be adding reports as they are created.  Also, please let us know if you have an idea for a report: info@u-plan.org
