Want to become a 21st century citizen sleuth?

Many community members have expressed concerns about the proposed University Avenue light rail line. U-RESEARCH allows residents of the Twin Cities to have their light rail questions answered by "citizen sleuths” from other cities with light rail, utilizing the technique of “crowdsourcing”. The goal is to empower citizens to make informed decisions about light rail planning and enhance their ability to effectively participate in the planning process.

Questions are posed to an array of audiences via websites, on-line informational exchanges and educational institutions. Responses are then gathered from all contributors and posted on the U-PLAN website. The public is then able to access and interact with the posted information.

In advance, we sincerely thank all contributors for their participation in this effort.
